August 2023 Freight Policy Update

For AquaMat® shipments via FedEx: Most AquaMat® orders will ship for our standard flat rate of $109 to most addresses located in the continental United States. Some AquaMat® kits can be deemed oversize and will cost more to ship. For addresses located outside of the lower 48, and addresses in significantly high-cost freight areas, we will charge for shipping as we are billed.

For Cut Yardage shipments via FedEx: Some cut yardage orders can be shipped to the lower 48 via FedEx, given that they fit within the size and weight constraints. These shipments will be charged at $109-$178 per roll, depending on the destination. For addresses located outside of the lower 48, and addresses in significantly high-cost freight areas, we will charge for shipping as we are billed.

For Cut Yardage shipments via LTL: Most cut yardage orders can be shipped via LTL truck service, to a commercial address with loading dock or forklift on site, for $109. This standard rate applies for shipments of up to two rolls. Some areas may incur additional fees due to inaccessibility or service area restrictions. For addresses located outside of the lower 48, and addresses in significantly high-cost freight areas, we will charge for shipping as we are billed.

Special Area Notifications:

We have been monitoring geographical locations that cost significantly more than other areas. Rather than raise rates for all customers, these customers will be notated as Prepay and Add accounts where Corinthian will charge the exact rate we are billed by the carrier. If you fall into this category, you will be notified separately. We can always provide an estimate beforehand if you’d like one.

PROMOTIONS

Corinthian Marine (Corinthian) will periodically offer some pretty great deals. Join our email list & follow us on Facebook and Instagram. These offers are valid for the time period mentioned, on new orders only and cannot be combined with other offers. You must mention the promotion code when you place your order to receive the offer. Some prices are so low that shipping is not included.

PRICING

We strive to maintain low pricing, but from time to time material and transportation costs go up forcing us to modify pricing. As such, pricing is subject to change without notice.

AQUAMAT® FIT

Patterns from our template library may not fit exactly as the original boat mat. Fit depends on model year, potential aftermarket changes and owner preference. You must sign-off on the pattern prior to production or purchase a template for test fit. The boat mat is only returnable if it does not fit exactly as the pattern/template provided.

We guarantee the boat mat we make will match the pattern used exactly, but we cannot guarantee that pattern matches the boat. You will be responsible for due diligence to visually compare the pattern you receive via email to your boat.

It is important to note, that our library patterns offer a generic fit suitable for most boats of the same make and model. If you want a truly perfect, custom fit, we strongly encourage you to make a custom pattern or work with one of our many authorized dealers.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us, so upon receipt of your material please inspect it thoroughly for freight damage prior to accepting delivery. If there is damage to the package, refuse shipment.

After opening please inspect again prior to installation for shipping damage, defects or fit issues. We advise you to keep the wrapping materials until you have had a chance to inspect and check fitment of your order. If you have any of the above, please contact customer service for instructions within 30 days of receipt. We will not accept claims after that time.

Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our program we cannot accept returns on first quality material. We provide free samples for you to evaluate our marine carpeting before you make a purchase decision. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

AQUAMAT® WARRANTY

Corinthian Marine (Corinthian) warrants that this AquaMat® will not degrade or fade under normal intended use due to the defects in materials or workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of the original purchase of the AquaMat®.

Corinthian agrees to replace the defective AquaMat® with an equivalent or substantially similar grade of flooring, either for the affected area or the entire flooring surface containing the affected area, as determined by Corinthian's sole discretion. This warranty does not apply if: (a) the AquaMat® has been subject to abuse, misuse, accident, alteration, neglect or the application of improper cleaning agents or procedures; or (b) the flooring has been exposed to abnormal and extreme conditions, artificial or environmental, including light amplification from a reflective surface (c) tears, burns, pulls, cuts, pilling, or shredding. Additionally, this warranty extends only to the original purchaser and to no other persons or entities. This warranty is limited solely to the replacement of the defective AquaMat® with a like or substantially similar grade of flooring and specifically excludes any labor charge to remove the old AquaMat® installation charges to install new flooring, or any other miscellaneous labor charges. Removing care label voids warranty.

Replacement of AquaMat® will be prorated based on the following formula: Months of Use/60 Months = % Adjustment.

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY STATED HEREIN, CORINTHIAN HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPECIFICALLY AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, DISCLAIMS AND PRECLUDED ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY CORINTHIAN AND THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY AS TO THIS AQUAMAT®. CORINTHIAN SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM ANY BREACH OF THESE WARRANTIES, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF CORINTHIAN OR ITS AGENT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

No individual or entity, whether or not employed by Corinthian, is authorized to modify this warranty or make additional warranties binding upon Corinthian. Thus, additional statements such as those contained in the advertising, presentations of promotional materials, or literature of the manufacturer, distributor or dealer, whether oral or written, do not constitute warranties by Corinthian and should not be relied upon as a warranty of Corinthian. Must show proof of purchase to validate warranty, not following maintenance instructions voids warranty.

GLUE DOWN MARINE FLOORING WARRANTY

Corinthian Marine (Corinthian) warrants that this marine flooring will not degrade or fade under normal intended use due to defects in materials or workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of the original purchase of the carpeting.

Corinthian agrees to replace the defective flooring with an equivalent or substantially similar grade, either for the affected area or the entire flooring surface containing the affected area, as determined by Corinthian's sole discretion.

This warranty does not apply if: (a) the flooring has been subject to abuse, misuse, accident, alteration, neglect or the application of improper or solvent based cleaning agents or procedure; or (b) the flooring has been exposed to abnormal and extreme conditions, artificial or environmental, including light amplification from a reflective surface (c) tears, burns, pulls, cuts, pilling, or shredding.
