How it works

Requesting an Order

You will be prompted to enter your shipping information and payment information through the checkout process.

After we receive these details from you, Customer Service will send you a proof of your selected template with dimensions for fit verification purposes (next business day if requested outside of business hours (M-F 7am-5pm PST)).

Once we receive an ‘OK’ on the proof from you, we will begin production and process payment.

If you decide that our template will not provide the desired coverage, we can hold your order and provide you with a template kit to create your own template, or cancel your order if so desired.

Production time is currently 10 business days. Most AquaMat® ship via FedEx, which can take between 2 and 7 days after production is completed.

If you would like to verify dimensions prior to ordering, please request a quote.

If you choose snaps, we will ship those loose for you to apply on the boat. Please call Customer Service if you’d like to use our Snap Tool Loaner Program.

Flooring Types

AquaWeave™

AquaWeave™ woven boat flooring is a unique hybrid construction combining PVC and marine yarns for the ultimate in texture and slip resistance. Corinthian Marine’s AquaWeave™ flooring is engineered with built-in UV stabilization, mold/mildew and stain resistance for a marine flooring that will not fade or degrade. Our AquaWeave™ marine flooring is fast drying and can handle the wear and tear of a day on the water as it does not scratch or indent. With AquaWeave™ you will enjoy luxury underfoot and a beautiful boat floor that will look sophisticated for years to come.

Marine Carpet

All our marine carpet is constructed to endure the harsh marine environment with solution-dyed yarns that offer superior mold/mildew and stain resistance for easy maintenance. For over 40 years, Corinthian Marine has been manufacturing a variety of marine carpeting styles for the boat building industry that beautifully coordinate with boat interiors while offering added softness over the fiberglass. We are recognized for providing the highest quality, longest lasting boat carpeting available today.

Backing Types

Aqualoc® backing

Corinthian Marine’s exclusive AquaLoc® has the reputation as the premier backing for a drop-in boat mat application. AquaLoc® backing will not melt onto the boat deck, crumble, or degrade when exposed to the outdoor elements like other marine flooring backings. It is fused onto the boat flooring in the manufacturing process ensuring adherence, cushion, grip, and stability in shape.

HydraFelt™ backing

Corinthian designed this backing specifically for AquaWeave™ woven flooring to have added cushioning with a special marine grade felt to protect the boat floor. HydraFelt™ backing provides dual functionality in that it can be directly glued to the boat floor and be used in a boat mat drop-in application. It is a more economical option for your boat mat yet is extremely durable and will not crumble or stick to your boat floor.

Installation_snapMO1_4579-768x472

With standard snap installation, you’ll be able to connect your new AquaMat® to your boat’s existing studs. Installation is quick and easier than you think. We can help make it a pain-free experience with our loaner snap tool applicator and helpful video instructions. Snaps are stainless steel 1/4″ studs made for the marine industry. Snaps will always arrive loose and must be applied at the boat in order to line up with existing studs.
